About The Role
: What You’ll Do:
- Team up with experienced engineers to build and improve our apps and services.
- Be given a lot of autonomy, responsibility, and ownership of product problems and the technical solutions you design and deliver to address customer needs
- Write clean, readable, and reliable code
- Debug, test, and ship new features that real users rely on.
- Join in code reviews and learn from honest, constructive feedback.
- Explore new tools and ideas with the team — we love experimenting. What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience (through work, school, or personal projects) with at least one backend programming language such as Golang, Java, Python, or.
NET.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and eagerness to learn how to design and build good ones.
- Familiarity with relational or document databases, and interest in learning more about building scalable systems.
- Curiosity about secure systems development (e.g., encryption, authentication, compliance).
- Interest in learning about financial systems, payments, or related domains (banking concepts like reconciliation, transactions, accounting are a plus, not a requirement). Some exposure to writing automated tests (unit, integration, or e2e) — or willingness to learn. Strong desire to grow technical skills and learn from more experienced teammates.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with an openness to giving and receiving feedback.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and advocating for customer needs.
