Para un importante grupo editorial, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un** Project Manager para el equipo de SAP Región Sur y Colombia**, con al menos 2 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de IT.

**Tu Rol**

Serás el responsable de planificar, dirigir y realizar seguimientos de los proyectos asignados, tanto de desarrollo de IT como de porfolios de iniciativas de negocio.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaborar Business Case de Proyecto y Project Charter
- Establecer los planes de proyecto. Estimar tiempos y recursos necesarios
- Coordinar los equipos de trabajo garantizando la ejecución
- Realizar el seguimiento de cada fase e hito del proyecto. Controlar el progreso, monitorear tiempos, costos, calidad y riesgos. Mantener actualizado el plan del proyecto
- Realizar la gestión documental de los proyectos asignados
- Identificar riesgos, elaborar planes de mitigación y escalar problemas al nível adecuado de gestión para su resolución.
- Gestionar y liderar el kick-off, reuniones de seguimiento, comités de proyecto, retrospectivas/lecciones aprendidas, asegurando la comunicación fluida entre todos los participantes del proyecto y la Dirección.
- Asegurar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de la Gestión del Cambio (Comunicación, formación y adopción)
- Colaborar con los miembros del equipo de proyecto (internos y externos)

**Requisitos técnicos**:

- Experiência en gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de IT con **ERP SAP R/3**:

- Dominio Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Sharepoint, Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Experiência en planificación y seguimiento con MS Project
- Experiência con Jira Software (deseable)
- Interés en Gestión: entendimiento del negocio y prioridades, Gestión por objetivos, KPIs

**Deseable**:

- Licenciatura/ingeniería en informática/Industrial/Administración de empresas, o afines finalizado o próximo a graduarse

**Características de la posición**:

- Full time (L a V)
- Posición híbrida. 1 día de presencialidad en la zona de San Telmo (CABA) Bs As, el resto remoto
