**Meet your team**:
The Digitalization Solutions Team in the GFSS locations acts as a Support Center for the digitalization and innovation initiatives, based on relevant data objects associated to contracts. Account Executives, Legal and Commercial Advisors around the world rely on accurate contract data for future business, analytics, continuous improvements and automation. The team particularly supports the digitalization of customer and partner contracts, data quality controls and initiatives, as well as the training of ML algorithms and enabling other parties on contractual data.

**What you'll do**:

- Review and verify contract data
- Create training material for onboarding ML technologies and end users
- Quality controls of extracted contract data
- Guidance and root cause analysis on erroneous data sets
- End user support for updating/correcting DCD Cockpit information
- Process improvement derived from contract data management
- Documentation of data rules, cleansing activities, end user manuals

**What you bring**:

- Preferably at least 1-year experience with contracting
- Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus
- Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English, additional language as a plus (French and/or Spanish)
- Certificate of Secondary Education at the minimum, bachelor´s degree in Law or Economics is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with little direct supervision
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
