Transforming lives through language education is what drives us. **Position**: Salesforce Administrator Senior **Location**: Remote **Reports to**:Tech Lead & Full Stack Developer **Start Date**: ASAP **Schedule**:Full-time, 40 hours/week **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities** - Lead and mentor junior Salesforce Administrator(s). - Develop and implement long-term Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals - Manage complex Salesforce projects from conception to completion - Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and Salesforce - Oversee system architecture and design decisions - Implement advanced automation using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components - Manage integrations with other enterprise systems - Conduct regular system audits and optimize performance - Lead change management initiatives and user adoption strategies O**ther Key Responsibilities** - Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products - Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups - Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements - Import and maintain sales data, including leads, contacts, and other relevant information - Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards - Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and data cleansing - Evaluate and implement new Salesforce releases and features - Provide user support, training, and documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and improve business processes **Requirements**: **Qualifications** - Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator - Strong understanding of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices - Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases - Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and teams - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance - Experience with Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components - Proficiency in data modeling, business process automation, and system integration - Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level interactions **Key Skills** - Salesforce configuration and customization - User and license management - Data management and integrity - Report and dashboard creation - Workflow and process automation - Security and compliance management **Soft Skills**: - Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in an agile environment. - This role requires a native-level Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency **Benefits** - Training, support, and a welcoming multicultural community - An innovative, entrepreneurial company, passionate about its mission and values. - Free access to ongoing certification and professional development - Incentive plan centered around your professional development - Full-time position - Competitive salary - Work from home - Paid Time Off (PTO) **Bridge is an equal opportunity employer.
