**Knowledge of Health & Safety (HS) practices and compliance is required, ensuring that all projects are carried out in a safe and risk-controlled environment.**:
**This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, real estate teams, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.**:
**The Security Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing vendor relationships, aligning with business needs, and reporting progress to senior leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining business continuity.**:
**Requirements**:

- **Engineering degree or related field.**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, coordination, and facilities management.**:

- **Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance.**:

- **Practical experience in civil construction and facilities coordination.**:

- **Excellent project management, communication, and vendor management skills.**:
**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:

- **Knowledge of Health & Safety (HS) practices and compliance is required, ensuring that all projects are executed in a safe and risk-controlled environment**:

- **Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure consistent execution.**:

- **Engage and manage external vendors and contractors for construction, moving services.**:

- **Oversee civil construction activities related to office modifications or new site preparation.**:

- **Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards.**:

- **Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to manage project dependencies and minimize disruptions.**:

- **Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes in scope.**:

- **Regularly report project status, milestones, and budget performance to leadership.**:

- **Support procurement processes and vendor evaluations for relevant projects.**:

- **Drive standardization and continuous improvement in project execution across countries.**:

- **Support other corporate initiatives or capital projects assigned.**:
**Onsite Work Arrangement**:

- **This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.**:
