**Why Kyndryl**
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operation and maintenance of operating systems and platform support, capacity planning, performance management, security compliance.
Support is also provided for systems management tools which monitor the operational status of the environment.
Assuming technical leadership in the areas of problem identification, systems architecture, and developing hardware/software specifications and recommendations.
Understanding migration requirements in phased approach.
Defining and documenting technical standards and processes for an existing environment
Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management to reduce impact and outages
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with CITRIX Systems Support.
Capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning. (Citrix virtual Apps & Desktops 7.x environments)
Advanced English level
Knowledge of Netscaler (Support, Configuration and Administration)
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Citrix certifications - Knowledge of Networking and Packet analysis (Wireshark)
