**Young Professionals Program - Corporate IT and Cybersecurity**

Qontigo is launching a Young Professionals program to participate in a 6-month project. This Program is aimed to develop young professionals into their areas of interest.

Trainees will work along the Corporate IT Teams (IT Support & Infrastructure mainly) to boost and enhance our internal processes by creating/updating workflows and documentation, provide support on software management and configuration, and ride along with the IT Support team on end user assistance on daily issues.
- Process/Workflow creation/update: The trainees will be tasked with creating/updating Corporate IT documentation, processes and workflows (Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint).
- Software Management: Assist with the Software Management via Microsoft Intune by preparing, uploading and testing software installations via Intune.
- IT Support First Experience: The trainees will be involved on IT Support day-to-day tasks by riding along with the Support team members on end user calls/meetings, complex IT issues review & analysis and IT support work management overview. The trainees will benefit by learning how to work on a company global team environment with a wide variety of projects and needs, allowing a full view of the Corporate IT day to day and long term work and to develop their local and global soft skills.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in an IT or Engineering related discipline (advanced student). IT Support/HelpDesk related courses/certifications will be considered a plus
- Documentation and Reporting skills, both technical for internal use and non-technical for end users.
- Process and Workflow design experience.
- Operating Systems: Basic knowledge on Windows, Android and iOS/iPadOS.
- Command Line/PowerShell.
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Office 365 basics.

**Preferred**:

- Jira/Confluence Cloud experience
- Previous IT Support/HelpDesk experience
- Previous IT Infrastructure experience
