**Executive Assistant (Remote - LATAM)**:
**Location**:LATAM

**Type**:Contract (40 hrs per week)

***About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant**to support a lean team of three executives, including the **Chief of Staff and COO**. This role involves attending daily huddles, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

***Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Maintain and organize executive calendars, schedule appointments, and set up meetings.
- Coordinate meetings, send reminders, and prepare relevant materials.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed.
- Ensure strong client/customer support with a service-oriented approach.
- Utilize advanced computer skills to optimize administrative processes.
- Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude in handling tasks.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 8-10+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with exceptional proofreading and editing abilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience using **CRMs and project management tools**.
- Comfortable with digital tools such as **Microsoft Office, Canva, and ChatGPT**.
- Prior experience in a growing small business or nonprofit is a plus.
