HubSpot Specialist (Client-Facing | Fintech & Real Estate Focus)

Part-Time | Hourly | Remote | US Business Hours

We’re seeking a HubSpot Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis to support client implementations across the fintech and real estate sectors. You’ll play a hands-on, client-facing role and work closely with both our internal team and client stakeholders to ensure HubSpot is configured for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a client-facing HubSpot expert for onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and lifecycle campaigns using HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub
- Implement and maintain custom properties, object relationships, pipelines, and list segmentation
- Set up and integrate third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.) to streamline operations
- Build reports and dashboards that surface the right metrics to the right stakeholders
- Integrate HubSpot with telephony tools like Aloware, Aircall, or similar platforms
- Ensure data hygiene and consistency across contacts, companies, and deals

You’re a fit if you:

- Have 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
- Understand the full spectrum of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and workflows
- Are fluent in no-code automation platforms like Zapier or Make
- Are detail-oriented and methodical in how you structure data, pipelines, and automation logic
- Enjoy problem-solving and consulting directly with clients to meet their goals
- Are responsive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Are familiar with real estate or fintech workflows (a plus)

Availability:
This is a part-time, flexible role, but we ask that you maintain availability during US business hours for client calls and team collaboration.
