**About the role**

This role will work closely with the local operation, promoting and ensuring employee engagement and wellbeing while also becoming an HR reference point for all members of the company, acting as coach when necessary, by advising, counselling and influencing them.

**Responsibilities**
- In collaboration with the Recruiting and Development Coordinator, manage the selection processes of the area under his/her responsibility as well as managing the training, induction and coaching o new employees.
- Support and promote the performance review process.
- Implement functional training and development programs, proactively anticipating employee needs in terms of training and career development.
- Identify talent and develop high-potential individuals as well manage succession planning for key talent and key/critical positions.
- Manage the proper implementation of compensation strategies and monetary and non-monetary benefits in their area of operation.
- Ensure the implementation of communication plans in their area of responsibility.
- Ensure that personnel administration processes are carried out with the highest quality and timeliness.

**About you**

You will be the right fit for this role if you:

- Have completed University studies related to Human Resources and Administration.
- Have knowledge in change management and/or coaching.
- Have previous experience in a similar role acquired while working in multinational companies.
- Have an advanced level of English.
- Have been responsible for the budget of your area of responsibility previously.

It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:

- Knowledge of labour relations.
