**In this role you will ️**

As a **Specialist** your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice.
- Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes.
- Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.
- Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.
- Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.
- Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.

**We're looking for someone who**
- Has 12+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Paid Social with experience tools like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc..
- Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
- Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Has advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.
- Is someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work.
