**Role Responsibilities**
- The main objective of the position of Specialist in Fraud Prevention and Investigations is data analysis, for the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities in the operations of the own channel and agents that may generate losses for the company.
- Investigates and compiles evidence with different teams and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
- Provides permanent support for the identification, evaluation and generation of evidence necessary for decision-making in case of deviations or non-compliance with procedures, carries out investigations which require special attention and specific processes.
- Develops reports resulting from investigations that allow Legal Relationships and/or the channel to make decisions.
- Analyzes video images as a result of investigative requirements or preventively.
- It develops new management dashboards that are shared with its own channel on a recurring basis, which allow identifying possible deviations or fraudulent activities.
- Executes a plan of visits to the company's premises to carry out preventive audits regarding compliance with cash management processes and security policies.
- Working in continuous contact with other internal areas (Commercial, own channel - stores-, Compliance, etc.) and external organizations such as Public Security Forces, Private Security, and the Judiciary.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in Risk or fraud or cashier experience as a minimum of 2 years and a bachelor’s degree or be a student related to administration, accounting (desirable).
- Intermediate knowledge of Office tools, specifically advanced Excel, management of platforms, and web databases (Qlik Sense tool preferably).
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers.
