Trade Support Analyst

JOB TITLE: Trade Lifecycle Analyst - FX back-office team

**In this role you will be facing different challenges such as**:
You will be part of a dynamic, detail-oriented and collaborative team where:

- You’ll manage and interpret _large data sets _, requiring precision, accountability, and curiosity.
- You’ll work closely with stakeholders across regions, gaining exposure to FX operational processes, international trade documentation, and compliance standards.

**And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for**:

- Provide operational support for _Foreign Exchange _transactions, with a focus on documentation control, data validation, and adherence to internal procedures.
- Review and interpret _international trade documents _to support transaction processing.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions or client-related queries, taking full _ownership from identification through resolution _.
- Conduct data analysis and produce operational insights using _Excel _and _Alteryx _.
- Maintain accurate tracking of metrics, controls, and follow-ups through structured reports and dashboards.
- Execute process-driven tasks with _consistency and attention to detail _, while maintaining a _proactive mindset _to detect issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across locations, contributing to a _team-oriented culture _.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adapt to a _rotating schedule _based on business needs and regional time zones.Escalate issues in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring visibility and mitigation of risks.

**What do we ask for this position**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in _Economics, Business Administration, Finance _, or a related field.
- _Advanced Excel skills _are required; experience with _Alteryx _is a strong plus.
- _Analytical mindset _and demonstrated ability to work with and interpret operational data.
- Understanding of _foreign trade documentation _is highly valued.
- Excellent _communication skills _in _English and if you have Portuguese is a big plus _, **language proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process**.
- Strong _sense of ownership _, _attention to detail _, and _reliability _in completing daily tasks.
- _Team-oriented _, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
