**Responsibilities**:

- Align with business leaders the agenda to execute the mandatory curricula
- Participation in meetings according to business models (MOTOR- DYNAMO) to address training needs.
- Follow-up to learning curricula taught by rangers
- Training and certification of rangers for curriculum delivery.
- Meeting legal requirements for internal and external audits.
- Alignment of local vs. business unit priorities to address training needs
- Provide input in updating training materials according to the adaptation of each country and business in order to have the right solution for training audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in psychologist, org development, education
- 1 to 2 years of experience in teaching learning courses in different modalities or in HR
- Needs to live in Mar de Plata
