Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Control losses and gains, ensuring cost management efficiency.
- Ensure product quality and optimal facility maintenance.
- Design and execute projects for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and contractors.
- Participate in budget planning and expense control.
- Foster a culture of safety and leadership based on corporate HSE values.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
