**Job Summary**

The B2B Marketing Manager will lead the B2B group and prepare information for media plan development, plan stewardship, and performance reporting, as well as assist with our global customers' cobranding effort in ensuring that our brand messaging is globally consistent and locally relevant.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounts management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Manage global account to support and assist customers from the marketing perspective
- Plan and implement GTM strategy for product launch
- Develop co-branding strategies in collaboration with customers
- Identify PR opportunities
- Carry out the co-branding design process with the Creative team to meet the customers' expectations

Sales support
- Assist the Sales department with presentations, documents and marketing materials
- Coordinate and develop customized Sales presentations

Tradeshows
- Develop tradeshows' plan and budget
- Coordinate event setup and requirements
- Identify tradeshows opportunities together with the Sales team

Website
- Plan and implement website strategy
- Improve website content
- Analyze monthly analytics reports to improve website performance
- Identify the site´s opportunities to increase the conversion rate
- Create monthly corporate newsletter content
- Coordinate newsletter setup, development, and delivery
- Analyze monthly reports to identify opportunities for improvement

Social Media
- Create a monthly Linkedin content calendar
- Coordinate and ensure consistent content posting
- Analyze monthly social media reports to identify opportunities of improvement on that platform
- Conduct market research to stay up to date on content trends, platform improvements and new tools
- Lead Social Media growth, social engagement, social following and content strategies.

Internal Branding
- Ensure brand consistency in all the internal platforms, documentation, and assets
- Implement and conduct employee branding consistency
- Ensure a differentiated and credible external company image

**Job Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience
- Language: English (Native or B2) and main regional language.

**Technical skills**
- WordPress knowledge is a plus
- Familiar with Google Analytics, SEO platforms, PowerPoint, and Mailchimp
- Experience with product pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
