We are looking for a coordinator for the **Procurement Finance team in our B&W Latam** business unit.

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**
The coordinator responsible for Beauty & Wellbeing Procurement Finance is a key partner to Procurement leadership team to deliver value though cost, cash contribution improvement and understand E2E of material cost.

The role reports to BU B&W Latam Procurement Finance Manager, dealing with different stakeholders in local, regional and global teams. It also offers a great opportunity to develop a regional network across Procurement and Finance.

The role enables you to experience a unique position in which you can develop a deep knowledge over Latin America countries and their challenges and particularities as well as close understanding of the global network and developed markets characteristics.

**MAIN OBJECTIVES WILL BE**:

- Support the Full Cycle Material forecasting process for the BU in coordination with the SCF LATAM FET, including discussion and definition of the premises for replacement prices, PL savings, and CMA components (import / export / FX / Tax / Others)

- Responsible for the forecast bias and performance of the Materials line.

- Understanding of the actuals vs. forecast results to capture variances into an efficient forecasting process. Provide explanations of Actual Materials vs. Forecast and Forecast vs. Forecast for the BU forecasting cycles.

- Collaboratively work with SCF FET, Procurement Finance and Procurement teams (cash in advance, rebates, hedge, etc.) in the identification of Material Cost efficiencies and value creation projects.

- Support as required to Strategic BU, Finance BU, BG & Internal/External Audit or any other relevant stakeholder on an ad-hoc basis for the pillars in scope of Procurement Finance BU.

**THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Act as a focal point from Procurement and Finance BU.

- End-to-end understanding of the materials cost.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support forecasting transformation.

- Provide impact insights and analytics on Procurement, working closely with a wide community of finance and SC & procurement teams.

- Drive analytics and insights to guide business decision-making and focus.

- Assist in the negotiation of portfolios and evaluate different options and models.

- Support Procurement and Finance teams with the savings agenda

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?**

- Experience in finance.

- Advanced Portuguese or Spanish level required.

- Intermediate English level required (the role involves regular conversations in English).

- Strong financial fundamentals along with solid business partnering skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Design thinking and digital transformation mindset.

- Strong modelling, mathematical, and analytical skills.
