**About our team and the role**

The Studio team at is a growing group within Marketing, composed of creatives, strategists, producers alike. Our team’s focus is to lead the brand and also drive impact with amazing experiments and user experiences.

As the Studio’s dedicated designer to the Growth team, you’ll work closely and be the dedicated designer of this cross-functional, test-driven team. The Growth team consists of Product Managers, Engineers, and an Analyst. Your designs will directly drive growth via new onboarding experiences, UX optimizations, pages, and features, and be measured by our data-team - you’ll be able to understand with data the impact your work is contributing to.

You’ll be challenged to deliver designs and experiences based on strategic opportunities the company and Growth team identify, and help the team hypothesize, test, and iterate on various experiments that move the needle. Your design expertise and empathy for the customer will be invaluable to brainstorm sessions as we collectively think of what initiatives can make the biggest impact for the company.

The right person for this role will be passionate for visual design and how their work can move measurable KPIs. They are also able to be okay with iterating, and not always require perfection from designs as long as we are making improvements with each release.

You’ll have Product Managers to pass your designs onto, but for approximately 20% of your role, you’ll have the opportunity to own the delivery of your own experiments that don’t require a high level of approvals as well for a small portion of your job. For these simpler tests, this allows you to work directly with engineers or our A/B testing visual editor so we can reduce processes and get your designs out in production faster.

**What you will do**
- Work closely with the Growth team as their dedicated designer.
- Take experiment briefs and bring them to life with wireframes and design variations for A/B tests that the team will launch and monitor.
- Craft thoughtful digital design solutions to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and delight.
- Articulate and present ideas in a clear and concise manner; accept constructive feedback and execute against it efficiently.
- With approximately 20% of your bandwidth, assist in driving experiments as well.
- Be able to see your work drive real business and impact.

**What experience you have**
- BA or BFA in Art/Design or related field
- Extraordinary design skills
- World-class portfolio of work
- Strong communication presentation skills; proven ability to present to executives/leaders
- Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects
- 5+ years experience in art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
- Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaborating with UX strategy & design, Copywriters, Developers, and Web Producers.
- Expert knowledge of digital creative software tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite)
- 3-5 years experience using design systems to create innovative, digital marketing websites.
- Solid knowledge of using design systems, creating components and modules. Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Bonus but not required: Experience as a growth, test and learn focused designer.
