Team Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to provide support to our Legal Team in the South Cone region (Argentina, Chile and Peru). This position offers hands-on experience assisting a dynamic legal team in a fast-paced technology company.

Role Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and revise legal forms and documents, including contracts with vendors, partners, and other third parties.
- Provide support in consumer protection cases, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
- Draft and review Terms & Conditions for new campaigns, promotions, products, and services.
- Review communications and provide legal support to multiple business areas, working closely with cross-functional teams in meetings, negotations and on different initiatives (e.g. Growth, Operations, Marketing, PR, among others).
- Assist in the administration and control of corporate documentation.
- Organize and maintain legal databases and tracking systems, ensuring all relevant documents and deadlines are up to date.

Role Qualifications:

- This opportunity is oriented to advanced university law students.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Industry knowledge is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to handle multipe tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a regional and cross-functional team enviroment.
- Interest in technology, mobility platforms, and regulatory matters.
- Previous experience in law firm or in-house legal department is a plus.
