Ready to go beyond traditional recruiting? Join our **Talent Discovery** team in **Buenos Aires** as a Consultant and take ownership of critical talent processes. We are looking for a strategic partner who can identify, attract, and evaluate high-caliber talent across the digital market.

**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:
You will manage the end-to-end selection funnel, driving excellence from initial profile key-off to final placement.

- **Strategic Sourcing**: Define search strategies, advise Hiring Managers on market realities, and ensure perfect cultural and technical fit.

- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Design, analyze, and present reports to detect deviations and propose solutions that optimize our talent strategy.

**The Essential Toolkit ️**:

- Experience with **ATS** (Greenhouse or similar).

- Strong command of **LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, hunting, and reporting**.

- Knowledge of the **digital market** and Argentinian labor legislation.

- **Advanced English**.
