- Mejorar la experiência del cliente y promover su lealtad a la marca y servicios.
- Aumentar el tráfico en talleres y la venta de repuestos en tu zona asignada.
- Planificar y monitorear acciones comerciales alineadas con el Plan de Posventa.
- Analizar KPIs clave (NPS, CVP2, tráfico, rentabilidad) y definir estrategias de mejora.
- Supervisar campañas de servicio, gestión de obsoletos, calidad, pedidos y despachos.
- Asesorar concesionarios en iniciativas de Planeamiento y optimización operativa.
- Coordinar estructura y capacidad de talleres, Quick Lane, agenda de turnos y líneas de crédito.
- Identificar oportunidades comerciales y mejorar competitividad del mercado local.
- Gestionar casos críticos (clientes, legales, garantías, cambios de unidad), minimizando su impacto.
- Aprobar cortesías y autorizaciones de G&P (garantías y prepago).
- Utilizar herramientas de análisis (Excel avanzado) y sistemas de gestión (CRM, ERP, DMS).
- Liderar con influencia y motivar equipos y concesionarios para alcanzar resultados.
- Comunicar de forma efectiva y negociar soluciones alineadas al negocio.
- Demostrar fuerte orientación al cliente y pensamiento estratégico para la toma de decisiones.

- Conocimientos técnicos de Posventa automotriz, desarrollo de redes, análisis de datos y KPIs.
