We’re **Ailet**, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

Ailet is collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide.

Due to scalability and business growth, we are looking for a **Data Analyst (Support Analyst)** to join our _SaaS project maintenance team._

**Responsibilities**:

- Training the neural network using a built-in tool to maintain the accuracy of recognition and implementation of the client’s new assortment;
- Control of categories in terms of maintaining data on projects (updating and replenishing the knowledge base);
- Monitoring the work of mark-up operators (delivery, task control, consulting);
- Project coordination in resolving configuration issues and customer support;
- Communications with the actors in the process.
- Organize the work of data markup operator and junior analysts, ensuring the quality of analytics of the provided data;
- Foster effective communication channels between Customer Success Managers (CSM), Level 3 Analysts, Data Analysts, and Clients to optimize the overall client experience;
- Maintenance of SaaS projects in the Retail direction, contributing to stable client satisfaction and retention;
- Timely adaptation of products to meet evolving client needs, leading to improved service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in IT B2B, as a data analyst or support for at least 3 years;
- Understanding of business metrics and processes in **FMCG or Retail** is **a must;**:

- English and Spanish speaking/writing at B2+ is **a must**;
- Excellent knowledge of **Excel** (advanced level) and ability to write macros;
- Good analytical skills (ability to analyze, interpret, clear and structure information, find patterns and draw conclusions);
- Good organizational, communication and multitasking skills.

**Will be a plus**:

- Basic experience with BI and SQL;
- Knowledge of Portuguese.
