- Handling tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up meetings
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English and communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and database management
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects/initiatives at once
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute successfully within a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work with remote team members
