**Location**: Remote from LATAM

**Job Type**: Full-time | Aligned with Mountain Time (MST)
**Salary**: $2000 USD/month with bonus opportunities

**About the Opportunity**

Latino Legends is hiring an**Automations Specialist** on behalf of a fast growing business consultancy firm helping 7- and 8-figure companies fix cash flow issues, boost profits, and streamline operations. Their clients span product-based, service-based, and hybrid business models. They move fast, think strategically, and deliver results.

**About the Role**

They’re looking for a **Tech & Automation Specialist** who thrives on solving problems, streamlining workflows, and making tools talk to each other. You’ll be their go-to for building, integrating, and maintaining tech systems that help both their team and their clients operate at peak efficiency.

If you’re highly tech-savvy, obsessed with making processes more efficient, and can manage multiple projects at the same time without breaking a sweat, you’ll fit right in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, integrate, and optimize systems across multiple platforms, including **Notion, Slack, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot**.
- Create and maintain automations that streamline workflows for both internal operations and client projects.
- Onboard and manage the back-end of POS & e-commerce platforms like Franpos, Vagaro, Shopify, Cin7Core and Cogsy. You don’t need to have experience in those, but you need to be able to learn new tools.
- Set up and optimize CRMs, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Implement and manage lead capture, tracking, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to map out processes and translate them into effective tech solutions.
- Maintain documentation for all systems and automations you build.
- Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

**Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have)**
- Experience with **Looker** or other advanced data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads** setup & tracking.
- Lead scraping tools and list-building techniques.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python).

- Proven experience in building workflows and dashboards in GoHighLevel
- A problem-solver who can think in terms of both **big-picture strategy** and **detailed execution**.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain tech in plain English.
- Proactive and resourceful—if you don’t know how to do it, you figure it out.
- Passion for puzzle-solving and constant learning.
