**Who we are looking for**:
VML seeks a highly motivated student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance fields, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, to contribute to different client accounts and growth posibilities in the Company.

**What you'll do**:

- Obtaining proper information required for invoices payments.
- Respond to supplier inquiries.
- Provide further details regarding invoice items, prices or approvals when required.
- Obtaining and maintaining invoices, correspondence or supporting documentation necessary for record keeping and payments' processing.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate weekly reports detailing accounts payables status.
- Reconcile the supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger, adding reconciling items when needed.
- Reconcile related tax liabilities and balances as part of the month-end close process.
- Accurately perform weekly bank reconciliations and credit card transactions.
- Assist with month-end close processes.
- Manage the relationship with banks. Upload payments, load and track foreign trade operations

**What you'll need**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields (graduated or close to graduation).
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in Finance or Business Administration is a plus.
- **Tools and Knowledge**:Excel Advanced
- **Idioms**:Intermediate or Advanced English level is a plus
