Project is for Cross Border Money Transfer Project where handling historical data is and handling the request needs to be handled along with maintaining unified records for historical and new data

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in data quality team required.
Strong in writing SQL queries
Hands on experience in MS-Excel
Financial industry knowledge
Regulatory reporting exposure
Excellent verbal, written communication skill
Collaborates in a matrixed WORK ENVIRONMENT
Self-driven and takes initiatives.
Reviews, and provides effective direction to the associates.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals with
differing opinions and diverse personalities across all experience levels

Good understanding of Agile methodology scrum process

**Responsibilities**:
Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards and adoption of the
requirements across the enterprise.
Deliver and improve the quality, and consistency around the enterprise data assets, focus on
establishing and ensuring adherence to a centralized data quality framework
Work closely with Business and Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of
core data assets, respond to regulatory protection requirements as well as support the strategic
requirements of the department
Lead and deliver data quality practices and procedures.
Understand and articulate data quality and control requirements and provide directions to the DQ
developers and QA analysts.
Produce and track data quality key performance indicators.
Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and
cleansing.
Oversee implementation of data assets, metamodels, their inter-relations, as well as design and
maintain processes to support organizational objectives.
Responsible for data quality oversight for accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data
throughout its lifecycle.
Develop strategic and collaborative partnerships with the partner data stewards and data
engineering team.
Ability to become a trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders.
