In this role, you will be in charge of overseeing and supporting the daily operations of a number of Western Union branches, ensuring that they adhere to company policies while increasing sales transactions and maintaining superior service quality to customers. You will create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity, and compliance with legal corporate and regulatory procedures. You will also manage a team of Senior Tellers, coach them and act as their point of contact for all operational and system-related questions. You’ll comply with the location and people administration reports to present to the business, and you’ll participate in different projects.

To be successful in this role, you need to have more than 3 years’ experience working as a supervisor in a retail environment. You need your own car and driver's license. You must have availability to travel. You will have obtained your bachelor’s degree or be a student in Business Administration, Human Resources or related (desirable). You’ll need 3 or more years’ experience in people management, big and dynamic groups. You should have used your leadership to obtain business results and quality customer services. You’ll need intermediate English level (desirable) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (desirable). You’ll need strong communication skills. The key for this role is that you have a strong leadership profile, adaptation to change and have a desire to learn and motivate others. You’ll be a great team player
