**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Channel Management**:Develop the Category Channel Management (CCM) strategy plan in synergy with the marketing plan and define all marketing mix actions with a specific focus on Channel and POS.
- **Program Planning and Development**: Ensure the correct and timely execution of Category Channel Management plan activities.
- **Budget and Performance Monitoring**:Oversee the Category Channel Management budget to ensure effective management and optimize ROI.
- **Analysis**: Contribute to the development of methodologies and reports to analyze results and performance against KPIs.

**Challenges**
- Winning in the Off Trade channel by ensuring a superior and unique consumer experience.
- Improving brand building in the Off Trade.
- Executing high-quality plans, actions, and follow-ups in the Off Trade channel.
- Increasing brand consideration and conversion in the Off Trade.
- Excellence in Off Trade management and activation.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 10 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Commercial in the Argentine market.
- Experience in consumer goods and/or alcoholic beverages companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural context in a flexible way
- Excellent relationship and communication skills.
- Strong business management expertise.

**Internal**: BI Manager, CCM On Trade Manager, Global CCM Team, Off Trade Traditional Manager, Off Trade Modern Manager, RTM Leader, SO Leader, Grouper & Brand Managers, Procurement, Finance FP&A Team.

**External**: BTL Agencies, POS Suppliers, POSM ADM Suppliers, Distributors, and Key Off Trade Clients.
