**Department Overview**: Motorola Solutions Argentina
**- Lead monthly/quarterly BS review with region accounting manager
- Improve B/S healthy and improve the acc recon quality.
- Closing acc for Argentina and Peru, issue solving and late entry review/submission
- Annual Audit / BS Prep
- Tax Supervision
- Ensure practice compliance no exposure
- Provide accounting guidance to business/finance for existing business
- Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned region
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Project support on new business/process

***Basic Requirements**:

- More than 5 years working experiences in Accounting area
- “Big 4” experience preferred
- Oracle/SAP experience preferred
- International background p referred
- US Gaaps Knowledge recommend
