**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Manage our Change Management pillars for our projects, especially focusing on communications and trainings
- Understand metrics, propose KPIs, and get insights from the results to bring ideas and implement them as part of the Employee Experience strategy
- Propose ideas for the Employee Experience product with a continuous improvement mindset
- Manage stakeholders across company zones, leadership and functional teams

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Bachelor Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or similar).
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Power Point skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
