Property Management

At In.Corporate, we are currently looking for a highly skilled Property Management professional to join the team of a construction and development company located in Córdoba City.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining communication with HUD and Section 8 Housing is essential. Familiarize yourself with the following tasks: sourcing and screening tenants, managing voucher payments, handling tenant payment balances, overseeing lease agreements, and conducting inspections with contractors or a Project Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding repairs, maintenance, and warranties for new construction. This coordination should extend for 12 months.
- Regularly communicate with tenants to address their needs and concerns effectively.

Develop and implement efficient property management systems, which include creating checklists for standardized processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks through follow-up, and organizing maintenance scheduling and coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual and conversational English proficiency.
- University or tertiary education.
- Full-time availability.
- We are seeking an individual with strong organizational and attention to detail skills, problem-solving abilities, financial knowledge, as well as empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, in a 100% in-person format in the office.
