WAYPOINT is a creative production company specialized in creative Game Development, Marketing, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid-sized to AAA clients such as Mattel, Konami, Disney, Zynga, Bandai, Square Enix, Ubisoft and more.

**MISSION**

Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on video game marketing and development? This one is for you. We are looking for a talented Motion Grapher to make concepts come to life through impactful storytelling, rhythm, visual and sound.

**YOU**
- A passion for the game industry
- Build strong collaborative partnerships to deliver high quality experiences
- Effectively communicate to ensure consistent motion design across platforms
- Recommend and implement new strategies for scaling expression and deliverables
- Develop imagery, storyboards, and motion graphics to communicate visual ideas
- Deliver motion graphic assets to support high-touch event production, video narrative storytelling, and onboarding experiences at scale
- Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback based on project needs
- Execute against workstreams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Help cultivate creative culture within the team and to the broader org
- Create aesthetically excellent and innovative work

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in motion graphics, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
- Comfortable with 2D animation e.g. graphics, typography or drawings
- Ability to take rough concepts to completed designs
- Must be able to create storyboards based off of provided concept/scripts
- Ability to beautifully animate graphics, typography, and characters timed to music
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D a PLUS but not required
- Great English, written and spoken
