Service Planner (I) - Peru

Buenos Aires, Argentina

**Requisitos**:

- Bachillerato o Licenciatura en sistemas o afín
- Experiência: 1 año de experiência en mismo puesto o afín

Funciones
- Planificación proactiva de todas las asignaciones de órdenes de trabajo entrantes recibidas dentro de un territorio geográfico específico o responsabilidad del Cliente
- garantizar que los níveles de servicio predefinidos se alcancen de manera constante y que se cumplan los acuerdos contractuales.
- planificar, priorizar, asignar y monitorear todas las órdenes de trabajo abiertas para los CE, asegurando la pronta entrega del servicio
- realizar actividades de gestión de escalamiento que proporcionen un seguimiento de extremo a extremo tanto para el campo como para el cliente.
- Responsable de identificar y escalar al Líder del Equipo o al Gerente de Territorio, o a la persona adecuada, cualquier situación que cause que una orden de trabajo exceda la respuesta contractual específica o el tiempo fijo
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva y oportuna con los ingenieros, obtener actualizaciones periódicas del progreso de las órdenes de trabajo
- Informar los registros diarios sobre la disponibilidad y la carga de trabajo de CE, asegurando el cierre correcto y oportuno y la finalización de todas las órdenes de trabajo
- Proporcionar gestión y coordinación de piezas según lo asignado en inventario para asegurar el envío de componentes a los CE
