University or tertiary degree in **Computer Science**, Information Systems, or a related field.

**3+ years of hands-on experience** developing and implementing solutions with:
**GeneXus**

**Bantotal**

**Descartes**

Experience working with:
**RPG and Java compilers**

Development directly within the **Bantotal** ecosystem

**DB2 / AS400** databases

Strong understanding of:
Structuring and consuming **web services**

**Bantotal APIs** and integration points

Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

**Nice-to-have skills**

Prior experience in the **banking or financial sector**.

Familiarity with core-banking modernization initiatives.

Understanding of monitoring techniques for development progress and compliance.

**This is your role**

Perform **process automation** through custom development using GeneXus, Bantotal, and Descartes.

Develop components for **consumption and exposure of web services** (SOAP/REST).

Build **input/output interfaces** between Bantotal and external systems.

Develop and maintain **reports and file exports** according to business needs.

Execute **parameterization and modeling** within Bantotal.

Propose and implement **development monitoring mechanisms** to track requirement fulfillment and contracted scope.

Deliver all **source code** associated with development as required by BICE.

Provide **functional and technical support**, including incident resolution and enhancement analysis.

Prepare and maintain **documentation**, technical specifications, and user guides.

Conduct **training sessions** and knowledge transfer for internal teams.

Work closely with business, integration, and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality, stable delivery.
