**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- **Vendor Management**: Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and relationship management to ensure optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, operations, security, and legal teams to ensure the procurement process is followed for new vendors and renewals.
- **ERP Use**:This role will be expected to work within JIRA and our ERP to track vendor agreements and upcoming renewal flows.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and spending trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- **Contract & Compliance Oversight**: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while assisting in contract review and negotiations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend solutions for automation and better cost control.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, vendor management, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
- Experience with Netsuite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
