No Relocation Assistance Offered 138457 - Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina Job Summary Planning and executing the purchase of POP material for all points of sale in the countries under his/her responsibility in order to support the Customer Development area. Coordination of advertising and promotional material production to support marketing strategies and sales objectives. Main Responsibilities Plan and develop POP materials for the points of sale - Lead weekly meetings with Customer Development (different channels) and Marketing to define, plan, and follow up on "on going" and future projects and campaigns (definition of materials, quantities, deadlines, budget). - Plan and manage the budget allocated per quarter for the purchase of POP material (IO of customer development/ IO of mktg) according to sales and mktg requirements. - Plan the purchase of POP material for specific campaigns focused on customers (Customer Shopper Programs). Make the purchase of materials - Quotation of materials with different suppliers in conjunction with the purchasing area, looking for efficiency between cost/quality/fulfillment. - Preparation of brief for each material / evaluation and selection of designs in conjunction with Customer Development. - Execute the purchase of evergreen materials for each channel (Hyper & Super, Wholesalers/Perfumeries, and Pharmacies) and materials for Marketing campaigns (following divisional guidelines and in coordination with the region).Load purchase orders through ebuy" system. - Verify prototypes, modifications of materials, participation in the process of adaptation of artwork by material. - Coordinate meetings with suppliers to supervise/plan projects, measurement surveys for taylor materials (custom). - Standardize materials to achieve greater efficiency in purchasing (e.g. possibility of including new materials in ebuy catalog). Tracking of deliveries and their distribution to stores - Coordinate deliveries at the logistics operator. Generate material codes for receipt. - Interaction with field sales for distribution and/or installation of taylor materials to points of sale. - Generate, update and circulate the POP material stock report at the logistic operator on a weekly basis to the commercial areas. - Manage invoices and remittances in ebuy. - Work together with the logistic operator to improve processes of reception, quality control, reduction of obsolescence, inventory management, distribution with the objective of reducing costs and generating efficiency in general terms. - Monitor quality compliance/delivery times of current suppliers and develop new suppliers together with the purchasing area". Participate in the regional alignment of the purchasing process - Share campaign planning by country through Google Drive (Key Visual, go to market, buying plan, artwork). - Share campaign artwork adapted to each material (approved by marketing) in low and high resolution via google drive to ensure alignment in communication. - Monthly meetings with Instore in the countries to share news, ideas, etc. Provide support to the Customer Marketing structure - Participate in the development of specific materials to meet certain commercial objectives (e.g. Ready To Sell displays). - Collaborate with respect to materials at trade events (e.g. launches; pharmacy expo). - Conduct point-of-sale visits and review materials made by the market to propose new materials/innovations/ or improvements.
