**Job Description**:
Enterprise Business Analyst works with global business and technical teams to capture business requirements and design technology solutions to enhance entitlement and software license management. This role involves end-to-end process discovery, data analysis, business and technical requirements capture, solution brainstorming and design, and solution validation (e.g., were requirements met). This contract position must have a strong grasp of working with enterprise platforms and strong familiarity with quote to cash processes (quoting, order management, billing, subscription and asset/entitlement management).
You will be part of the Global Business Services team within IT. This will involve directly working with members of the finance, field operations, and R&D teams to collaborate on system improvements.
**Day-To-Day**:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define business process and system functionality that will be released to customer base across multiple releases within the next 12 months
- Direct internal stakeholder research, including interviews, shadowing, and pain point analysis
- Perform systems analysis to effectively design or recommend software solutions for Quote to Cash, License Management, and Financial systems
- Utilize data analysis to inform technical solution design and confirm solutions deployed
- Participate in quality control, including on-going checks and ad-hoc testing to validate solutions ahead of cross-functional business user testing
- Assist with defining cut over and technical project plans as required for solution deployment Following releases, triage and troubleshoot in-service incidents, analyzing root causes and identifying problem resolution
**Preferred Skills and Knowledge**:
- Demonstrated understanding of integration design patterns, APIs, and Microservices
- Ability to define holistic vision of features and solutions that promote forward looking, customer-centric experiences
- Ability to turn business requirements into effective user stories
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in an organization Familiarity/experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira)
**Preferred Experience**:
- 5+ years experience with enterprise platforms and supporting technologies (Oracle EBS, SFDC including CPQ / Billing / CALM, Flexnet licensing technologies). SFDC experience preferred
- Experience working with relational databases (query writing, PL/SQL, data modelling, tuning)
- Experience with quoting, order management, billing, asset and entitlement management, and revenue recognition processes and systems
- Experience with project accounting, service contracts, commissions, CRM, and financial accounting systems
- Experience working with software licensing technologies
