We are seeking a seasoned Controller with a strong background in hotel accounting to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations for our hotel clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and working closely with clients to support their financial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel accounting, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for hotel clients.
- Conduct variance analysis and work with hotel management to explain financial results.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and hotel industry best practices.
- Provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to develop and implement financial processes and controls.
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Manage cash flow and optimize financial processes to maximize profitability for hotel clients.
- Mentor and train junior staff as needed, ensuring the development of strong financial practices within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Controller, preferably with a focus on the hospitality industry, particularly hotels.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel accounting software (e.g., Maestro, OPERA, etc.) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar role within the hotel industry.
