Straight Shot Post is looking for talented, creative, highly self-motivated, and enthusiastic freelance video editors to join our post-production company.

**About Straight Shot Post**

Straight Shot Post is a full-service post-production and management company. At SSP, we take pride in our ability to use empathy to accurately translate our client’s vision from concept to content. We serve our clients by setting clear goals with high standards and honest expectations. By utilizing our unique framework, Puzzle Piece Storytelling, we create content that inspires audiences to take action.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand and follow Straight Shot Post’s editing workflow.
- Be able to listen and execute our client’s vision on each project.
- Be able to edit a project based on the client's tone and feel.
- Full service post including ingesting and organizing
- footage, editing, and basic sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Proficient in English to communicate with our American team
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and work under time pressure

- Excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Major in Film and TV
- Experience in client services.
- Knowledge in Frame.io, Google Suite
- Previous experience in post-production / internship in post-production
- Understanding of latest trends in video editing and motion graphics
- Understanding of social media, videos, and Youtube best practices
