**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the Office of the CEO Board area and reports to both SAP SE’s Global CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Our mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity, and by mitigating a defined set of legal risks. Our focus includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws.

Within the OEC, is the Partner Ecosystem & Audit Team that is responsible for managing audits and compliance assessments of SAP’s business partners. SAP executes audit clauses in the agreement with our partners and engages independent audit firms to perform the audit field work. The Audit Team works closely with the external auditor and the local OEC Field Compliance officers to ensure the audit is conducted as planned, the report is generated, and any risks identified are mitigated.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

Primary tasks:

- Provide SAP data and documents to the audit firms in alignment with the other data provisioning team members.
- Perform data analysis on the internal SAP data to enable the risk based selection of samples and calculation of discounts provided in sales transactions
- Serves as liaison between SAP and the external auditor teams requesting supporting documents for audits and answering follow up questions to data and documents
- Proactively highlights concerns or discrepancies notes in the data and documents to the auditor or other internal stakeholder
- Able to independently perform data retrieval and data analysis with mínimal supervision
- Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and cross-functional
- Communicates within works assignment clearly and in a timely manner
- Serves as trusted advisor and functional peer to other teams at the organization

The position reports to the Manager, Partner Data & Follow Up and will contribute to a wide array of Global team projects.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, i.e. debits, credits, receivables, payables
- High proficiency working with IT systems, especially finding and retrieving sales transactions and accounting documents in ISP, CRM, PRM, CMS, BW reports (CO-PA, contract analysis, EAS)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation
- Ability to do in-depth research
- Willingness to constantly learn about new tools, reports and country-specific documentation of business transactions
- Fluent business English and Spanish, Portuguese is a benefit
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 2-5 years in a relevant function in the internal control system environment like Internal Audit or Finance Organization, O2I, GFSS, R2R, Legal, Deal Desk, Controlling
