The purpose of the role is to keep our factories running smoothly, lead and support supplier enabled business growth, cash and value projects, implement commercial (procurement) strategies and drive improved service and performance through our supplier base.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelors degree or Equivalent
- Relevant experience working within Commercial, Supply Chain or Project Management type of roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills

**What **will** be your key responsibilities?**
- Representing commercial (packaging) in growth (Quest) projects for your sites; collaborating with R&D packs team and connecting with suppliers to deliver new packaging solutions on time and for the best price.
- Leading/implementing supply security, value leadership and cash projects for your sites including tender process implementation and associated qualification of new suppliers.
- Implement Supplier Performance Management and operational excellence at your suppliers, building effective relationships and driving continuous improvement in service and efficiency through through formal review meetings and and informal connections
- Represent commercial operations packaging as key contact for your categories/sites: Leading regular (weekly/bi-weekly) operational calls with site (inbound) packaging planners
