To investigate and diagnose incidents assigned to the development Area in order to restore service as soon as possible.
Job description

Responsibilities and Duties
- To resolve incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements.
- To escalate the unresolved incidents to the next level of support (Developers).
- To liaise between commercial support and development.
- To identify problems and investigate their root cause.
- To investigate and diagnose all incidents and requests.
- To verify their resolution with the requesting party.
- To create and submit knowledge articles.
- To track incidents from start to finish.
- To solve known incidents and problems.
- Scope: Regional LATAM.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Student of Information Systems or related areas (Not a Requirement).

Experience
- At least 1 year working experience as support engineer or developer (Not a Requirement).

Knowledge
- Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, PHP and Javascript (Not a Requirement).
- Knowledge of functional and technical analysis (run Querys/SQLs to perform analysis, confirm hypotheses, identify behavioral patterns).
- Knowledge of monitoring and ticket management tools (Not a Requirement).
- Analytical skills.

- English: intermediate
