- Receiving and Filtering calls
- Setting and following up appointments.
- Quotations of travels local/abroad
- Quotation of Office Supply
- Daily preparation of Office
- Ad-hoc preparation of meeting rooms
- Lunches coordination in the office
- On demand as per according to the necessity and time of the year.
- Quoting and ordering calendars and giveaways.
- Administrative and Finance support
- Vendor invoices registration
- Daily coordination of pending issues
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English
- MS Office: word, excel, Power Point
- University Degree Desired
- 03 years of experience in Function
