We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a **Senior Security Engineer** who will confront the most challenging problems on our infrastructure

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and organize the security department, establishing robust policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other applicable regulations
- Implement proactive security strategies across AWS and Azure environments, ensuring real-time observability and continuous protection of cloud resources
- Conduct regular security audits, manage vulnerability detection through penetration tests, stress tests, and incident monitoring, ensuring a secure infrastructure
- Design and implement a security roadmap focused on continuous improvement, process automation, and close collaboration with DevOps and development teams, embedding DevSecOps principles
- Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), data encryption, and network security. Ensure secure integration of GitHub and Docker within internal development workflows
- Utilize tools like Datadog for comprehensive infrastructure monitoring, maintaining full observability to proactively detect security incidents before service impact
- Coordinate and supervise the security team, driving best practices, delivering projects on time, and ensuring continuous upskilling through targeted training programs
- Stay ahead of emerging regulations, particularly around data protection (GDPR, PCI-DSS), ensuring the company anticipates and meets all legal requirements.
- Lead incident response initiatives, including forensic analysis, mitigation, and learning outcomes to fortify the company’s security posture
- Develop and enforce policies to prevent the rise of Shadow IT, ensuring unauthorized systems are identified and managed according to company standards
- Work closely with development and DevOps teams, ensuring seamless integration of security at every stage of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to manage teams, organize tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, highly complex environment
- Ability to act as a Project Manager, leading security initiatives and coordinating the implementation of improvements efficiently
- Deep knowledge of cloud security architectures (AWS and Azure), security frameworks and tools
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats
- Expertise in survey and diagramming of architecture
- Experience in risk and incident management methodologies
- Experience in troubleshooting in incidents
- Experience with REST APIs in a microservices architectures
- Experience with Databases such as MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate or above English level
