**Hybrid**: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) **Pricing Analyst (APU) Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay** In this strategic position you will serve as the focal point for sales operations in the Atlantic market, leading the pricing & incentives strategy for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay (APU), working with innovation and interacting with other countries of the region in special projects. This position also involves supporting and advising the Sales Executive Leadership team at General Motors in the Atlantic Cluster, and also working with other APU’s Sales Ops Teams such as Finance, Forecast and DNV. **What you will do/Responsibilities**: - Develop the Commercial Sales Strategy for each month, quarter and year, which includes both consolidation and communication to the rest of the Sales Ops Leadership. - Support for APU’s weekly pricing reports, such as MSRP/Net Price Monitor, and monthly meetings such as Market Overview, PPI & SA PPI. - Manage the relationship and lead negotiations with our Financial Business Partners (GPAT/GMF). - Design pricing and incentives strategies for all sales channel in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. - Support presentations and sales leadership in decision-making processes to provide market vision to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets. - Participate in and lead projects with Sales Leadership and Marketing Team, such as product launches, Annual meetings, Dealer Conventions or other Innovate Meetings. **Additional Job Description**: **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineer, Marketing, Business or similar areas. - +2 years of previous experience in similar positions. - Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Effective communication ability, strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership and influence skills. - Intermediate English Level. - Intermediate Excel Skills. - Availability to work in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) **Preferred qualifications**: - SQL / Power BI knowledge is a plus - It is a plus to have knowledge of the automotive market, and if you have experience in the commercial, principle, and distribution areas (sales operations).
