**Job Description**:
In this role, as a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Reporting you will play a critical part in providing data-driven insights and analysis to support the talent acquisition function within our organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting recruitment metrics and trends to help drive informed decision-making and optimize the recruitment process.

**Principal duties and responsibilities**
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc talent acquisition reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, HR Leadership, and executives.
- Identify and track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics, to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to gather relevant data and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to gather data and insights, leveraging their expertise to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security policies when handling and reporting recruitment data.

**Qualifications**:

- You have proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment analytics, or related roles with a focus on reporting and data analysis
- You have proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- You have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and HRIS (Workday experience desired)
- You have a solid understanding of talent acquisition processes and metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
- You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- You have excellent communication skills, are a networking-hero and enjoy collaborating with different teams, countries and departments
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement
- Proficiency in English
