Your challenges and objectives - Gain an understanding of our AI-system operative pipeline. - Ensure data quality for the Corpora (the dataset used to train the AI models in each language), according to the team’s standards. - Be able to communicate in English with people from different countries and cultures. - Deliver value fast and efficiently by leading a multi-linguistic team of annotators. Your day-to-day activities - Analyze, design and build new Corpora for each required language. - Search and hire people ("annotators") that will process the data in order to get it ready for training AI models. - Training and onboarding of new annotators. - Review annotators’ deliverables. - Compare deliverables from multiple annotators in order to obtain a final gold standard for the annotated data. - Review and advise the development of annotation project strategies, interfaces and guidelines. About you - Fluent in English. - Excellent communication skills. - Very careful and precise, showing great attention to detail. - Organized, diligent, self-disciplined. - Able to work autonomously and reach goals with minimum supervision. - Fluency in any of these languages is desirable: Chinese, German, Italian, Russian, or Dutch.
