**Job Title**: Truck Driver Recruiter Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as driver's licenses, certifications, and background checks, are collected and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of the trucking industry and knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements is a plus.

**Responsabilidades clave**:
