Our company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to join the team for a direct hire with one of our most significant clients in the US
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
12+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in successful Series-A through Series-C startups.
10+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading teams of more than 10 individuals.
Significant experience in delivering scaled consumer-facing solutions on multiple occasions.
Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, including expertise in SW processes such as hiring, testing, push-to-production, planning, scoping, and sizing.
Broad experience encompassing various functions within a software development team, including hiring, testing, planning, development, team management, and HR-related functions.
**Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Previous experience as a software developer with a deep technical understanding, even if not current.
Must embody a high-energy, high-urgency culture in line with our company values.
