We are currently looking for Sr SAP FICO Consultant to be part of the project of an international mining company.

**What you´ll do**

You´ll be in charge of the FICO module lead within the Argentina team, specializing in SAP Taxation systems and Inventory Analytics, providing support and maintenance to the project. This role is pivotal in enhancing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across our global operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Taxation modules, including Taxes on Purchase and Sales, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Taxation with other financial systems like SAP FI and SAP FICO.
- Enhance accounts payable and receivable processes through the effective use of SAP functionalities
- Oversee the integration of SAP FI with SD and MM modules, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Implement SAP Automatic Payments to streamline vendor payments and financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain SAP Product Costing and Profitability Analysis for accurate product valuation and profitability tracking.
- Ensure the effective use of SAP Classic GL, New GL, and integration with internal orders and profit center accounting.
- Champion the adoption of SAP Cost Center Accounting to optimize cost tracking and control.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- More than five years of experience in the role.
- Proven experience in SAP Taxation, including Taxes on Purchase and Sales, is mandatory.
- Advanced English
- Experience with SAP FI, FICO, and Asset Management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP Accounts Payable, Receivable, FI-SD Integration, and FI-MM Integration is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP Automatic Payments, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Credit Management, Classic GL, New GL, Profit Center Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting is nice to have.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across
